AEC Software offers academic pricing to a wide range of educational institutions and individuals. Review the eligibility requirements below to determine if you qualify.

Qualifying Institutions

The following types of accredited educational institutions qualify for academic pricing:

K-12 Schools — Public and private elementary, middle, and high schools
Colleges — Community colleges and two-year institutions
Universities — Four-year colleges and universities
Technical and Vocational Schools — Accredited trade and technical institutions
Graduate Programs — Accredited graduate and postgraduate programs

Qualifying Individuals

The following individuals affiliated with accredited institutions qualify:

Faculty — Full-time and part-time professors, instructors, and lecturers
Staff — Administrative and support staff employed by qualifying institutions
Students — Students currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program

Verification Requirements

To receive academic pricing, proof of academic affiliation is required. Acceptable forms of verification include:

A valid student ID or faculty/staff ID card
An official enrollment letter or employment verification on institutional letterhead
A purchase order issued by the institution
An email from a valid .edu email address

Verification is typically completed within one business day of receiving documentation.
