Course Objective:
This course is for anyone who is trying to enhance or increase the reporting capabilities of their schedules. This class teaches how to use advanced functions of FastTrack Schedule to provide quality information automatically to the web or a client.
*Please note, the course will be taught on an operating system-neutral Classic Menu interface on Windows.
Course Outline:
- Using Calculations: Learn how powerful calculations can automatically report project information.
- Creating Hyperlinks: Create links in your schedule to email addresses, web pages, or files.
- Image Columns: Use image columns to graphically display project and activity items.
- Using Summary Graphs: Create graphical displays of your timeline data to compare information across time.
- Formatting Bars and Milestones: Learn how to format and create custom bars and milestones.
- Importing Pictures, Headers, and Legends: Insert these items into your schedule to enhance its presentation quality.
- Exporting Schedules: Share FastTrack Schedule data in formats for the web, iCalendar, or other project management applications.
- Creating FastSteps: Create macros in the application to automatically print reports and export schedules.
