STEP 3: Making your purchase

Place your academic orders with a major credit card—Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club—or fax us a school Purchase Order (Net 10 payment terms).

Personal or institutional checks are also accepted methods of payment, although these orders will take longer to process. Product(s) cannot be shipped until the check has been received and has cleared with sufficient funds.

Please include the following information in your order. If placing your order by phone, please have the following information ready:

product(s), quantities, platforms (Windows, Mac), price
complete shipping and billing address
end-user contact information (phone, email, mailing address)
proof of academic status if we are not shipping directly to your school's department
delivery option

Delivery Options
AEC Software offers electronic and air/ground delivery options.

  Electronic Delivery - Place an order for FastTrack Schedule 9, and we will automatically email you the links to download and install the application as well as license numbers to "activate" it—immediately enabling the 'save' and 'print' capabilities. At any time, you can download a FREE demo version of FastTrack Schedule.

Shipping & Handling - If you would like to receive the program CD-ROM and printed user manual (in addition to electronic delivery), please include $13.50 for the first program and $5.00 for each additional program. Shipments are delivered via UPS Ground within the continental United States, DHL one-day air service is $16.00 for the first program and $3.00 for each additional program.

All AEC Software policies apply to International customers. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, money orders, or drafted checks in US currency. We do not accept international purchase orders. Product(s) will not be shipped until a check has been received and cleared with sufficient funds. AEC Software ships via DHL Worldwide Express for all International orders. Customers are responsible for all international freight charges and any tariffs or taxes imposed by import country.
